Another great attachment from kitchenaid, this cutter set has turned my stand mixer (and me) into a pasta making machine. Fresh pasta really can't be beat, love it!

I bought this pasta cutter along with the Pasta roller for my husband for Christmas. He really likes these and has already made pasta with it. Just one note to make: these attachments are NOT dishwasher safe and cannot be immersed in water. Not really a problem, just thought it would be helpful to note.

This is a much better product than the fresh pasta extruding machine I had by another manufacturer. Just cut your sheets to the length noodle you want and they slip right through in no time.

This product came fast and well packaged. It contained 2 cutters, one wide cutter and the angel hair cutter. Already used the angel hair cutter to make some ramen noodles. Good product and fast shipping.

It's sturdy, dependable, easy to use. After one use, we're anxious to make more pasta. There's no comparison with boxed brands. Having a Kitchenaid, why not use it to its potential?
