If you want to use the bag by itself, you may have a chance at getting your food where it's going hot, but you won't get it there in one piece. The lid does not seat properly and leaks, and the zipper on the bag sometime works and closes and sometimes it doesn't. Don't waste your money!!! I'll be sending it back.

Very disappointed! The lid is too small. I can't get it to close.

I hesitated for a while before ordering this product because I thought it was a bit pricey. I have not had an opportunity to actually examine the product. My initial reaction is that because it is a rather large container, I wondered where I would store it. This may not be a problem when I actually start to use it; having a quality container to transport food items in that keeps them safe and as you prepared them without all the mess that can come with spills while travelling may make the storage issue a moot point.

The concept is very good as I often take deviled eggs to dinners at church but it is so heavy that I can't use it. I'll most likely give it as a gift to someone. OR I most likely return it. The quality appears to be good and the price was reasonable so my only complaint is that it is too heavy for me to carry. I had hoped that I could use it because it would help me carry the eggs, etc. and keep them cool (and safe), but I have trouble walking (using a cane) so I can't use it..

This is a clever Thermal Pack and will be used a lot by my daughter, for whom it is a gift.

I haven't used the carrier yet, but I am looking forward to doing it. Finally, I have what appears to be a secure way to transport deviled eggs plus a second dish. I think this product will be perfect.

I JUST USED MY THERMAL CARRIER FOR THE FIRST TIME AND COULDN'T BELIEVE HOW ROOMY IT WAS AND GOOD QUALITY OF THE CASE INSIDE AND THE CARRIER ITSELF. I USED IT FOR A QUICHE - WHICH LEFT EXTRA ROOM - SO IT PUT NEWSPAPER ON EACH SIDE, AND IT WORKED OUT GREAT.

I bought this for a Christmas present. I think she will like it. They have a large family.

I think my sister in-law will enjoy entertaining with this colorful set.

Used this for the first time while going to a family Thanksgiving Feast. (They love our Deviled Eggs and would be horribly disappointed if we didn't bring them.) We also carried some "Corn Cake" squares in the bottom tray. The carrier was very practical and carried enough of each dish for a party of twelve. The handle on top, reminds you to keep it flat!

I love things that pack on the go and this is a great package. I have not used it yet but on the next work or family pot luck I am sure I will!

I haven't used it yet because it's for a gift. It looks like it will be a handy thing to have.

I am a review reader so it is my obligation to write a review after I received this product. It is a solid product. I have only just received it and used it over christmas. The quality seems good and there doesn't appear to be any zipper problems that were mentioned in one of the reviews I read. I cannot tell you how well it would keep things cold as I haven't used that feature. But, the egg holder did a great job and the relish tray is exactly what it appears to be. I put sweet pickles in one, other canned pickles in another, some salami and then crackers in the other one. I put toothpicks in the middle - it held them all with no problem.

The box is great only had it for a short time but used it more than I thought I would. Only problem is lid dosen't stay on as tight as i would like.

I haven't used it yet but I like the way it looks and the compartments. We go to car shows in the summer and this will be an easy way to transport snacks.

I have not used this product yet, which is why I didn't give it a 5, however, it is what I thought it would be and I'm sure it will work great. I feel it's not my place to recommend it to others until I use it myself and I'm sure with all the summer BBQ's coming up it will get a lot of use. I compared it to other products similar and the price couldn't be beat.

To be fair, I have not used this yet so can't rate it on that but it looks fabulous. Love the colors and am now re-thinking my color plans for my kitchen. This is so versatile. I love the fact that the insulated bag can be used for hot or cold. Will be great for those potlucks or picnics. This would make a great wedding present!!

It's a really good thing but it wasn't what I was lookin for I need a lunch bag for me to take to work and that's too big I need sOmething to keep my food as hot or warm possible !!! I need to send it back and get something else how can I do this ?
