COOKED PANCAKES FOR 80 PEOPLE ON MOTHERS DAY.<br>WORKED GREAT. 12 CAKES TO A FILL. JUST HAVE TO BE FAST ON THE FINGER TO KEEP THEM THE SAME SIZE. TOOK A LITTLE GETTING USED TO.

We purchased two of these dispensers for use at a church pancake breakfast. The cooks stated that these dispensers made the job a lot easier and they did not believe that they would have been able to keep up with demand. Also, the abilty to take them apart made clean up easy. Would recommend highly to anyone.

The only thing which would make this product perfect is if you could mix the batter in the device. As it is, you have to mix the batter in a bowl, then pour it in the dispenser. Other than that, it is a good product. Great for getting the kids involved in helping with breakfast.

I purchased this unit to dispense waffle batter, pancake batter and muffin batter. It is a heavy guage SS and I love the drip bowl. It has a large enough hole to dispense thicker batter or batter with fruits, nuts, etcc.<br><br>I definitely reccommend this dispenser for a neat effortless flow of batter precisely the amont you desire to dispense. I also suggest the 4 cup dispenser for an additional $9. The 2-1/2 cup doesn't hold enough batter (in my opinion).<br><br>GM<br>Bristol, WI

Saw someone using a similar item at a pancake feed and thought maybe it could eliminate the messy/drippy old measuring cup I've used for years to dip out pancakes. <br><br>Yes! It has worked just great with little mess and that gets caught in the stand/holder that comes with it. I decided on the larger 4-cup size and that was a good move as it will fill up our large griddle with one charge so you can concentrate on cooking a full batch at a time. The smaller size would not have been as satisfactory. Flow is uniform and quick but took very little time to get used to.<br><br>I thought it was just a little pricey but the fact that it is all stainless, works like it is supposed to, will probably last a long time and can be just put in the dishwasher when you are finished made it worth the money.
