Product Description:

This covered casserole has a thick base, which allows you to cook your food in an evenly heated pan with less heat than a thinner base would permit. Other features include a heat-tempered glass lid, a heat-resistant handle, and a nonstick Ceramic Titanium interior surface that is safe for use with metal utensils and won't crack, peel, or blister. The casserole is oven-safe to 500 degrees.

I like the design, the capacity, and most of all the unique nonstick surface. It cooked very evenly. I also prefer the glass lid: I can see how the food is cooking, and I can open the lid to stir without needing hand protection, as I would need with an all-metal lid.
