I have waited such a long time to finally buy a Le Creuset dutch oven. I guess the expensive price tag kept me from it. However, this is absolutely an incredible piece of cookware. I love that it goes from cooktop to oven, and cleans like a breeze. I like others would prefer they start putting the stainless steel knob on all the lids so that you can use it in the oven at higher temperatures, but all in all I'm thrilled with my purchase.

What our Kitchen Experts Say
Dutch ovens are not only great for cooking, but they're also fantastic serving pieces. Cast iron and ceramic retain heat longer than other materials, so they'll help keep your food warm at the table. Your hungry diners can serve themselves family-style, which means less hopping up and down for you. Just be sure to put a trivet under the dutch oven to protect your table from any heat damage.
