Product Description:
This fajita pan is oval shaped for a better fit on the stove top when using multiple pieces. Not just for fajitas, you can use this pan in the oven for roasted vegetables or on the stove for your favorite hash browns. The colorful enamel surface means no pre- seasoning is required. Ideal for a multitude of uses from oven to table.
In fewer than five years, Rachael Ray has radically changed the way America cooks dinner. Her perky-girl-next-door swagger, her catchphrases for techniques, and her dinner ideology of simpler, less expensive and just in time have sold billions of books and placed her at the top of the talent heap of food television personalities.

Very "sticky" pan

This pan LOOKS great, is a nice size, and is quite heavy (high quality construction), but... the first and only time I used it I sprayed it with a non-stick lubricant, then tried it with a couple of eggs. I was expecting a "non-stick" surface, but instead large sections of both eggs stuck to the pan and I had to scour it afterward to get it clean. VERY disappointing! So if you're happy with the old, black cast iron frying pans your grandmother probably used, then you may be happy with this very attractive modern upgrade. Just don't expect it to have a non-stick surface, because it doesn't! I would not have purchased it had I known the surface was NOT a non-stick surface. I'll try seasoning it and maybe that will help, but I doubt it. My wife says I wasted our money on it, and I'm afraid she's right. : (

This is just one of the best things I have bought from the Rachel Ray collection. It works great. I love the noise it makes when my fajitas are cooking. You can be sure that, this is not the last purchase I make. Essie Orellana Whiting, Ind.

this pan is awesome! Great for fajitas and I used it last night to fry 2 hamburger patties. It is the perfect size for small meals. And clean up is easier than ever! Great value and great pan!

What our Kitchen Experts Say
Here's a trick to remember the next time you're cooking with something leafy like cilantro: to quickly separate the leaves from the stems, hold the stems in one hand and shave the leaves off with a super-sharp chef's knife.
