I like this, it was expensive but it is good and has a good taste and consistency, the lemon gives it a zing and it is fresh. I recommend it.

Up front, this to me is a wonderful product that creates marvels improving cooking results. It's for me a delightful food enhanser that greatly impressed my taste buds. Thanks much for the education. Now please don't hate me forever, but sensing from your product the same taste and balance, I feel I easily, more cheaply and 'freshly' (re at-home easily ground fresh lemon rind) simply recreated your ingredients at home. Not trying to damper your business, I do believe any potential 'at-homers' should for sure first research by buying and tasting your wonderful product. Sincere thanks for your introduction.
