    As a new cook this book provided answers to so many of the questions that I had.It was so easy to use as detailed instructions were provided.My favorite thing was it telling seasons for produce this way you can always get the best in season.

    This is a very good purchase. This book gives details on how to buy food, how to pick it in the store. Also, this book teaches you the basics. If you are a beginner, this is a GREAT book to get. It has a lot of recipes and it will make you feel like a TOP chef!

    It's very basic. Great for beginners! It gives a lot of details that make it very easy to understand the procedures. I also like that it gives practical advice not only for the recipes but for cooking in general. Great book!
