Small Grill with Big Guy Performance

This grill has many features which I wanted in a grill. It has adjustable heat settings with an OFF setting; it has removable grill plates for easy cleanup, it will lay flat to use both sides at once and it gets really hot. There are a couple of features which it does not have: It will not set on its back side for narrow storage and the hinge which unlatches for thicker sandwiches, meats, etc. hinges so that it causes the sandwich to be more "squished" on the back portion of the grill. Still, all in all, this grill has been a fun addition to my kitchen. The Panini sandwiches are great. I haven’t tried meat on it yet but I think it will work fine because it seems to get plenty hot for searing meats.

Now my fantastic new appliance. I use it all the time and every time with excellent results. It is fun to use and you name it, it will cook it to perfection!! With some items you will want to use the drip cup(s) The removable plates go right into the dishwasher and they fit back into place with the greatest of ease. I can't say how glad I finally purchased my indoor BBQ grill. I don't use my outdoor grill during the winter anymore. It's a gotta have item that cooks up in a matter of minutes. Love it!!
