Stainless steel with a little white
  Would purchase again
by charlene (Roanoke, VA)  2 review(s) 8/10/2008
I did not want a black or stainless steel appliance, so I spent the extra
$50 to get the white. The top and sides are stainless steel, so this is a ss toaster oven with a little bit of white. So I am not happy about that. But this toaster oven works really well so I am keeping it. The very first toaster oven we bought maybe 15 years ago cost $50 and worked really well. Now, you have to spend $200 to get a decent toaster oven. Ridiculous. I checked 'no' for 'Do you.....good value for the price?' But if you want a good toaster oven, expect to pay this.

What our Kitchen Experts Say
Toaster ovens go where no microwave can go; they're particularly convenient when you want the effect of an oven but don't have time for preheating. For example, breakfast is always made better with a little broiled cheese- try layering a bagel with fresh tomato, sliced hard-boiled egg, and a sprinkling of grated cheese. Pop into the toaster oven and a few minutes later you've got a complete, healthy breakfast that's packed with protein and flavor.
