cooking with pan a little tricky

I made two batches of brownies. The first batch was a double and I followed the recipe for cook time for a single batch...they came out undercooked. The second batch was a single and again I followed the cook time for a single batch but this time they came out overdone. Obviously you gotta play with it a bit before they have that perfect consistency I'm looking for... I think the next batch will get it done

Love the pan

My brother in law requested this for his birthday as he loves brownies, but likes more edges. I made a pan of boxed brownies in the pan last weekend, and they were perfect. I appreciated the recipe guide which said to cut the cooking time and to check the brownies 5 minutes earlier than normal.

This is a great pan--who doesn't love the edges of brownies, what a great idea! It's a nice, heavy pan. The price, though, is a little steep. Still, I'd recommend this product to anyone who bakes.
