Ciappine Classic is made with unbleached wheat flour, olive oil, salt, and natural yeast. Enjoy throughout the day with jam, spreads, salami, or cheese.
Ciappine with Buckwheat contains unbleached wheat flour, olive oil, buckwheat flour, salt, and natural yeast. Enjoy this flatbread with spreads, salami, or cheese.
Ciappine with Olive is our favorite; made with unbleached flour, olive oil, salt, natural yeast, and olives. These breads go perfectly with creamy goat cheese.
Ciappine with Rosemary A hint of rosemary is added to the classic recipe for extra tang.
