Just thinking about healthy cooking, I get tired of chicken and fish. These DVD's offer fantastic options for those who want to or have to eat a healthy diet. I purchased these for my Mom for Mother's Day. She has had some heart problems and was getting tired of a routine bland diet. A great gift!
