Product Description:
Recognized the world over for superior quality, MIU's one piece, stamped "Professional Cutlery" construction offers strength, craftsmanship, and precision cutting. The Stamped 3-in. Paring blade is made from high alloy carbon stainless steel; tempered, the blade is precision stamped with a laser-controlled cutting edge to ensure effortless cutting. Polypropylene ergonomic black textured handles provide a sure grip and slip resistance. They are dishwasher safe: remove and dry immediately. Blades and handles are matched for perfect balance to minimize fatigue, and offset handles make cutting easier, while ensuring greater durability and the highest edge retention under the most demanding conditions. What our Kitchen Experts Say
Making a cherry pie but forgot to pick up a cherry pitter? Don't fret, a sharp paring knife will easily get the job done. Just slice the cherry in half lengthwise, gently twist the two sides apart, and pop out the pit.
