First cold-produced from select olives, Rachael’s All-Italian EVOO is the natural juice squeezed from Italian olives one day after the harvest. No heat or chemicals are used in extracting olive oil. My 12 year old daughter loves watching Rachael Ray and since we both learned the term "EVOO" from her , I thought it would be great to give her a a bottle of it with Rachael's face/name on it.
