First cold-produced from select olives, Rachael’s All-Italian EVOO is the natural juice squeezed from Italian olives one day after the harvest. No heat or chemicals are used in extracting olive oil. I'm pretty picky when it comes to food and what i cook for my family and this stuff is great, really tasty. i have only tried 6 kinds of evoo but this is my favorite by far, and really inexpensive when you look and see what some of the stuff goes for.

I LOVE the product, but my husband found this in the grocery store for quite a bit less than it does online. Sorry.
