The soft grip is non-slip on MIU's zinc alloy reversible meat tenderizer/pounder. Unscrew the handle and flip the top to change the tenderizer into a pounder -- great for pounding beef, chicken, pork and fish into thin, even slices for faster cooking. Measures: 3.25-in. Very substantial tool...good weight makes pounding easier and the handle is very comfortable. The flip feature keeps two tools handy and ready for use.
