TWIN Four Star II knives are forged from one piece of Henckels exclusive high carbon, no-stain steel under the new SIGMAFORGE standard. As a result, the knives have perfect geometry, better weight and balance, and a long-lasting cutting edge. FRIODUR ice hardening ensures blades with maximum corrosion resistance and also contributes to cutting edge retention. The molded polypropylene handles with stainless steel endcap ensure a safe grip.
