Well, although I adore Alton Brown, I don't like the packaging of this set (I have the prievious blue and red boxed sets for most of the available episodes), and I don't like that there is no recipe booklet.

Haven't had time to watch this DVD but have others and have seen these shows on TV. They are all very good, explain why certain steps are done in a certain way and this DVD was on sale (that made the price reasonable). His shows made me interested in cooking after 60 years of not being interested and everywhere I go, to buy something he mentions, it seems every sales people know of AB and enjoy his shows. The shipping was fast (2 days) and that was for the cheapest choice that was suppose to take longer.
