Well, although I adore Alton Brown, I don't like the packaging of this set (I have the prievious blue and red boxed sets for most of the available episodes), and I don't like that there is no recipe booklet.

repackaging is frustrating!

I was very disappointed to give these DVD's to my husband, only to find out that they are repackaged DVD's that he already had...from the first DVD's that came out as singletons, with brown covers! He did choose to keep them to add to his collection, and gave the brown ones to a friend, but he was so disappointed that there were no new ones in the bunch.

If you like/love Alton's show, you'll like/love the videos. I like the addition of Alton answering viewer questions. My only issue with the videos is the format. I like to pop in videos and let them play in the background while I do other things. After every segment I have to start the next ... video does not play continuously. There is no option to play all episodes.
