I love this grater. It has made grating hard cheeses a dream. No more dragging out the food processor to grate large amounts of cheese. It fits to the hand like a glove, moves along the cheese with ease. And, it's beautiful to look at. I recommend this to everybody.

I have been searching for a microplane grater that is presentable for table service. I can't understand why Microplane has not come up with one. This one from Nigella has the right idea. It is presentanble, the design and shape are great but the grater could really be upgraded. If the grater on this item was microplane quality, this would be the perfect cheese grater for the table.
