I really was looking forward to having this product. This is the first Rachael Ray product that I have been disappointed in. It is extremely heavy and I am afraid of dropping it or scratching my glass top stove. Not only that but it is hard to clean. How do you get it thoroughly clean, Easy Off?? I am sorry that I spent so much money on it. I could have bought a couple of other products for that amount of money.

I don't like it; it is hard to clean and not really 'user friendly'. I am very disappointed because this is the first time I bought a product from your store that I am not happy with. Maybe, it should have come with specific instructions; the food was unevenly cooked when I used it on my stove top. I love doing pancakes but this was just a disappointment...

I love this grill! i leave it out on the stove all the time because it looks nice and its very heavy since it's made out of cast iron. easy enough to clean, just wipe it down, don't let it sit too long though. let it cool and then wipe it down or things can get a little tougher to clean. i debating with myself whether or not to buy it because it is pretty pricy for one item, but im glad i did because its amazing quality and im sure i'll have it around for 10+ years, so when you think about it like that it's totally worth it + i use it all the time
