Quality of product could be better. There is a blue stamp on the bottom of each ramekin that did not come off in the wash, but did come off during baking.

I am very impressed with the high quality of this product. I use them for creme brule. The overall finish is great . I especially like how smooth the bottoms are finished. I don't worry about surface scratches on granite or glass. They do go from oven to fridge to blowtorch.
