Product Description:
This stunningly beautiful line of classic cutlery features the look and benefits of Damascus steel, yet without its rusting problems. What's more, the Damascus-look blade profile reduces sticking, resulting in less damage to the food being cut and faster prep times. The black Pakkawood handles provide the beauty of genuine wood, but since the wood is impregnated with a waterproof resin, the handles are as durable as plastic.
The same clad VG-10 blade made famous in the Shun line. The Shun Classics also feature the uniquely stable "D" shape handle design. The "D" shape rests precisely in the curve of the firgers as they curl around the handle.
The Ken Onion features the same clad VG-10 blade made famous in the Shun line. This nonstick blade is extremely sharp and durable-ideal for slicing and dicing.
