This All Clad appears to be thinner than my other AllClad and the edge is sharp; however it still cooks well and cleans up well. For the price it is a bargain.

Skillet is light and goes convex with heat. Hard to keep a coating of oil in center. Even on a Induction unit. I like the curvature of the sides for flipping, turning food.
