This Digital Convection Toaster Oven in black and metal from Krups is ideal for limited kitchen space. Its baking function circulates heated air around food for a faster, more evenly distributed cooking result. It runs on 1600-watts of power to produce maximum heat. This toaster oven also features an illuminated LCD control panel with easy-to-use controls and high quality soft-touch buttons, six controlled cooking presets for one-step cooking and a reflective crumb tray to produce the best toasting results in a toaster oven. In addition, there is a precise temperature control, defrost function, and a digital clock. Its nonstick interior surface is easy to clean. The toaster oven includes a nonstick bake pan, broil tray, and thermal resistant tongs for safe removal of hot pans or food. It is constructed from a premium stainless steel housing.

The Perfect Bagel

I had a cheap toaster that had a spring-loaded timer switch, the kind that, if you wanted to toast something for 3 minutes, you had to turn the dial to about 12 minutes so that it would spring back and land on 3 minutes.

Needless to say, it was never very accurate and I burned a lot of bagels. I thought it was a bit much to pay $199 for a toaster but once I set the digital timer for the perfect bagel, I have had a perfectly toasted bagel every morning.

It will pay for itself with less stress and fewer burned bagels!

Love this toaster oven

I love this toaster oven. It actually does a good job of making toast and is a wonderful small oven. It has convection. For small meals, it cooks so much faster than my full size gas oven. My only complaint is the digital timer is set with up and down arrows - no numbers, so it takes patience to set the time. Otherwise, I could not be happier.

I have been through many types of toasters and toaster ovens through the years. This Krups toaster oven has does its duty very well and are pleased with its performance.
