Just love this paring knife. Knife is very easy to handle and control. Cuts where and how you want to cut with ease. The weight of the knife is balanced between the blade and the handle making it very controllable even making very thin cuts. Slices through an onion with ease. The handle has a very good "grip" to it. I would definetly recommend this .....
