The only problem I encountered was the permanent basket was too short and coffee ground got into the brewed coffee, when brewing 14 cups. It performs well and the coffee stays hot. I like the little chime its makes when the coffee is ready or is about to cut off.

Good Coffee Maker

Makes good tasting coffee and its programmable. Nice features and looks good. Only downside is that the lid to the coffee pot itself can not be removed. That means hand washing only unless you want the lid hanging down through the rack in the dishwasher.
