Ordering the Dutch Oven online through the Food Network Store, was a great experience. Not only was it easy to do but also the product was delivered in a relatively short time. I would recommend this product and this venue to others. The product is heavy but it browns and cooks foods very well...love the fact that it cleans easily.

This is a nice Dutch oven but when I received it, the enamel on the handle was chipped! It probably won't have any impact on the rest of the pot for a while but I was pretty disappointed that they would send damaged product out like this. I'll think twice before I buy from foodnetwork again.

I bought this pot after really wanting to get a Le Cruset, but not being really able to shell out the cash for it! It's a great piece of equipment and I highly recommend it to others looking for a cast iron enamel pot, but don't want to make such a huge cash investment before getting to know how they work! I also have a glass/ceramic cooktop and I was a bit worried about using the cast iron on it, but the enamel provides a nice buffer, just don't slide the pot, always lift to move. So far, no scratches, I'm very pleased with it!

What our Kitchen Experts Say
Dutch ovens are not only great for cooking, but they're also fantastic serving pieces. Cast iron and ceramic retain heat longer than other materials, so they'll help keep your food warm at the table. Your hungry diners can serve themselves family-style, which means less hopping up and down for you. Just be sure to put a trivet under the dutch oven to protect your table from any heat damage.
