The durable porcelain enamel finish on the interior and exterior makes this pot extremely easy and convenient to clean. Self-basting spikes are featured on the interior of the lid, which ensures constant natural basting to secure delicious taste and flavor in the food! Excellent heat retention allows this pot to go straight from oven to tabletop and this is also safe for gas, electric and ceramic-top ranges ( always lift pan across range, do not slide). Weighs approx. 15-lbs.

I ordered this not really knowing how well it was constructed or/and if it would hold up. I did some research on it and it appeared to get positive reviews, so I went for it. I haven't been sorry I did. I recently had double carpal tunnel release surgery done, so my only complaint is the weight! This sucker is heavy..lol I look forward to the day I can put it in, and take it out, of the oven, all by myself!!

Great product, terrific price, but the free shipping on an item this heavy really tipped the scales (pun definately intended.)
