Product Description:

The first heat resistant silicone food trussing tool designed to replace kitchen string and toothpicks while preparing food. Foodloop won't splinter or break off like toothpicks and won't get lost, soggy, or stick to foods like string. Heat resistant to 675 degrees F / 357 degrees C. Food safe and FDA compliant, Foodloop can be used in any pan on the stovetop, in the oven, in the microwave or freezer. Foodloop is non-stick and won't scratch coated pans. Flexible and adjusts from 1 to 4 inches or larger by linking several loops together. Reusable - cleans up easily in soapy water or in a dishwasher (mesh dishwasher/storage bag included).

These work much better than string. They are easy to attach to each other when I need them longer, worked great during roasting chicken, and I put them in the dish washer for easy clean-up.

I saw this product on an "I Want That" episode and finally purchased them. I used them once making stuffed chicken breasts and they worked very well. I look forward to using them more, the concept is great.
