This knife features the ergonomic designs of Ken Onion an ambidextrous riveted Pakkawood handle and a long sweeping blade that is ideal for slicing large roasts or any big tasks in the kitchen.

The blade construction is clad with 33 layers of steel and a VG10 "super steel" core ground to a 16 degree cutting angle.
