already own one back home in Penna.,,,this is a second unit for our second home in Florida....the holes should be a bit smaller

This is a well-built, rugged piece of equipment. Which I need. When I make hash browns, I use this to squeeze all the water out. It makes for crispy hash browns very quick. But it puts a strain on the ricer. This one stands up to it.

when making potato sald for a large group, this is the best ricer for saving time and ensuring a wonderful consistency for the potatoes...also works great on cauliflower for "lo-carb" caulifower salad
