Product Description:
Juniper Berries are the fruit of an evergreen shrub (Juniperus communis) which grows wild throughout most of the northern hemisphere. It takes two years for the berries to ripen to a dark blue, at which time they are ready to pick. Use them slightly crushed, alone or with their companion herbs; in stuffings; in marinades for pork, venison, quail, Cornish game hen, and other fowl or game. Crush them with salt and garlic for use in pates.

As someone who cooks 2 to 3 times a day, every day, and also living in a very small town it is very important that I am able to get some items online. I like your site because it gives me an opportunity to find items for really great flavors not found in this town.

What our Kitchen Experts Say
Yes, it sounds a bit nerdy, but storing your spices in alphabetical order will save time and aggravation when you're in the middle of a recipe and are hunting for a spice.
