is extremely sharp after being sharpened but wish that they did not need to be sharpened after each use (that they held their edge better). good heft, fits the hand well and is attractive.

An attractive response to my need for a comprehensive set of cooking knives and for steak knives. They are gripping comfortable, well balanced and far exceed any knives I've previously owned.
