About Emile Henry…
In the Burgundy region of France is the legendary maker of fine French cookware named Emile Henry. The dish was not really big enough for a good size lasagna. It looked much bigger and assumed it would be a normal lasagna size, but it's smaller. Very disappointed.

Very pleased with my purchase of the Cerise Lasagna Dish. I've made several pasta dishes and they all came out great! Pan is good size for four people and cleans-up well.

Cooks evenly, never burns, cleans up like a breeze. I've been steadily replacing all my other bake ware with Emile Henry. Once you use this you'll never go back to Pyrex.
