About Emile Henry…
In the Burgundy region of France is the legendary maker of fine French cookware named Emile Henry. I'm not the cook in this household. We are married over 58 yrs and I'm attempting to up-grade some of her kitchen equipment. We have two adult children returning (one grandchild) to our household. Wd have 8 adult children who often are hear to celebrate birthdays etc. It's not unusal for holdiday gatherings to have 20+ people.

The dish is very attractive by itself and looks beautiful on the table with a nicely baked lasagna in it. The only thing that would make me like this dish even better, were if the sides were squared off and not slated outward. The lasagna noodles fit perfectly for the bottom layer but not by the time you get to the top layer.

I discovered Emile Henry about eight years ago and cannot say enough good things about their products. I LOVE everything I own made by this company. Worth every penny.
