I love this kettle. It is small enough to pack in luggage when traveling. It boils water very quickly and is very easy to use and clean.

It is fast! One full kettle takes a little less than 5 minutes to boil. Very satisfied.

After a dozen or so uses, no longer heats

Would not purchase again

I recently sent this product to my daughter for her birthday, she loved the look of the kettle and the convenience (we also have a larger model at home)of being able to use it in her dorm room. After about two weeks of use, 1-2 times a day, the kettle stopped heating. I suggested she try different plugs to see if that was the problem, but no luck. She did discover that it does heat a very little, so little as to be barely detectable. We actually have been talking about how to get our money back from you, or preferably, get a replacement kettle that works.
