Product Description:
From Brinkmann, this is the Gourmet Charcoal Smoker and Grill. This charcoal smoker has a front hinged door and a double grill so you can smoke two kinds of food at once. When it's not needed as a smoker, it easily converts to a charcoal grill for cooking burgers and steaks. The Brinkmann Gourmet Charcoal Smoker and Grill comes with two chrome-plated steel grills for a 50-lb. cooking capacity - enough for a family-size cookout. It has a separate base pan design for easy setup and comes with two wood handles. Also included is a porcelain coated steel water pan, an aluminized steel charcoal pan and a vinyl cover to protect it from the elements.

What our Kitchen Experts Say
Soak your chips in water for at least half an hour so they don't catch fire. Different woods work well for different foods; hickory is a great place to start.
