I LIKE THIS SMOKER BUT THE CHARCOAL HAS TO BE FILLED CONSTANTLY AND I DONT LIKE THAT I DIDNT KNOW THAT, THAT IS WHAT I HAD TO DO TO KEEP THE SMOKER GOING. HOWEVER I AM STILL LEARNING MY NEW PRODUCT. ALSO THE TIMES IN THE BOOK FOR HOW LONG TO COOK SOMETHING IS ALL WRONG IT TAKES ALOT LONGER. I REALLY DO LIKE THE FACT THAT WHEN IM SITTING ON THE PORCH I CAN POP IN A LOG AND USE THE SMOKER FOR A HEATER. SO I WOULDNT SAY ITS A BAD PRODUCT BUT ITS NOT THE BEST. SO THANK YOU FOR ASKING. OH AND ONE MORE THING I AM DISAPOINTED THAT ABOUT A WEEK LATER I SAW THIS ON LINE AND IT WAS $ 15.00 CHEAPER. WHY DIDNT I GET THIS FOR THAT PRICE?

What our Kitchen Experts Say
Soak your chips in water for at least half an hour so they don't catch fire. Different woods work well for different foods; hickory is a great place to start.
