When inclement weather keeps you inside, you can still grill using this indoor barbecue grill from Sanyo. Fill the drip pan with water before you begin grilling and you can cook with virtually no smoke in your kitchen; the excess fats drip into the pan below, extinguishing any smoke and allowing for healthier cooking, too. The extra-large grilling surface measures 200-sq. inches and is nonstick for easier cleanup. The temperature control is adjustable; turn it down low for cooking tender vegetables and delicate seafood or turn it up for grilling heartier fare like steaks, pork sausages and chicken breasts. The Sanyo indoor barbecue grill has a cool-touch base and handles; the drip pan is removable and is dishwasher-safe. The indoor grill comes with a bilingual instruction manual that also includes recipes. Weighs 8-lbs.

When we first received the grill, we could hardly wait to use it! The first thing we grilled on it was skinless chicken breast and they were delicious. The next day we grilled some steaks and they turned out really good also. Putting the water in the bottom helps by giving a place for the grease and juices from the meat to go to so it doesn't smoke up your house!

I have only used it once. It was OK but nothing to get excited about. I am sure there are similar products that are equal to it or better. The clean up was messy and greasy. Maybe I should have cooked some other type of meat. I will try it again.
