This is a coffee maker that makes you feel happy about having bought it. It is streamlined, safe, handy. It is very easy to use and brews a coffee of outstanding quality.
There is only one thing that should be changed: the rim that the plastic makes in contact with the stainless steel carafe. The surface looses its smooth flow of the coffee.

good but carafe spills

Overall I like this product. However, it spills every time I try to pour. I would also like to see the shutoff time extended from 30 minutes to 1 hour. I find myself having to reheat the coffee in the microwave for my 2nd cup.
