Product Description:
Use this 4.5-in. utility knife to cut a sandwich in two or to slice an apple. The utility knife's size is easier to handle - more so than that of a larger knife such as a chef's knife.

Prized possessions of professional chefs, Wusthof knives are an invaluable asset of any kitchen. Every element of this renowned cutlery contributes to its precision and ease of use. Made in Solingen, Germany, this utility knife comes with a high-carbon stainless steel blade that's hardened to maintain a sharp edge, a full tang that provides perfect balance and a riveted, high-impact composition handle.

This knife is a little light-weight for me but is very sharp and holds an edge. I think most people will think it's just fine.
