I've had two mini muffin pans before this one. They both let me down by either burning or undercooking. This pan provides such even heating that the muffins don't overcook or undercook when I follow my family's tried and true recipes. Well worth the investment.

I've always wanted one of these little muffin pans, but couldn't really see how I would use it. However, for Mother's Day, my friend and I decided to give a brunch for about 35 people, and I thought that would be just the time to serve small(two-bite)muffins, so I purchased 2 of these pans. I used them for Dunkin Hines Bakery Style Blueberry muffins, and the pans were perfect!! They muffins came right out, and they were the perfect size for a buffet-style brunch. I can't wait to use them again.

What our Kitchen Experts Say
When baking muffins, be careful not to overmix or you'll end up with tough, tunnel-y muffins. Use a wooden spoon to gently combine the ingredients in a bowl before adding to the muffin pan.
