Product Description:

Choose the KitchenAid mini food processor and use it to make salsas, sauces, relishes, dips, pesto and much more. It makes up to three cups. Use the Pulse control for precise operation. A locking domed lid on the mini food processor includes a through compartment for adding ingredients as you go. The "reverse spiral action" stainless steel blade pulls food down into the blade and ensures uniform chopping throughout, so you will hardly ever find yourself scraping down the bowl. The KitchenAid quality is especially evident in its construction - a heavy base adds stability while your processor is in use, and the sealed housing reduces noise. When you're done processing, simply wipe off the seamless base and put the other parts in the dishwasher for cleaning. The KitchenAid mini food processor even comes with a spatula.

This mini-processor replaced the small one from grocery store. And right away was used with a pleasure. I like its speed and the coarsiness of food processed.

Use a mini food processor for small batches of food like pesto, or simply for everday use when you don't want to haul out the big food processor. They're also great for chopping nuts for baking bread or cookies- just be sure not to pulse for too long, or you'll end up with nut butter!
