Equipped with a powerful motor and a durable attachment that features a premium stainless steel blade, the KitchenAid immersion blender churns to the bottom of tall pots and pitchers with ease. The 5-ft. long power cord provides exceptional freedom. The immersion hand blender comes with a stainless steel attachment for blending everything from cold beverages to hot soups. The attachment measures 8-inches - perfect for blending inside deep stockpots or tall bar blender jars. A stainless steel splashguard covers the blending blades to help prevent splatters. Turn the immersion blender into a mini chopper and quickly chop herbs, vegetables, fruits, cooked meats, nuts and cheese with the four-piece attachment. It includes an adapter, stainless chopping blade, 3-cup chopper bowl and nonskid base that doubles as a lid for the bowl. Also included is a whisk attachment for whisking fluffy egg whites or whipped cream and a machine-washable, cotton twill, drawstring bag for storing. The accessories that come with your KitchenAid immersion blender are dishwasher-safe.

this is an excellent immersion blender, many speeds for different applications.my only complaint is that the whisk attachment is only good for whipping thin fluids (the wire is way too flexible) and that this is the second one i've purchased, the first one burnt out after the first year, so send in your warranty card, don't forget like i did!

I had my last hand blender for years and it finally quit working (RIP). I ordered this item and am very impressed in all ways by its power, ease of use, and quality. My old blender was quite a bit smaller but I am sure that I will get used to the size and have a great relationship with this blender for many years to come. Purchasing through the Foodnetwork Store was easy, quick, and the product was exactly as stated.
