I love bagels but get tired of overdone on one side and underdone on the other. This toaster does them perfectly. I also tried the option of warming up the frozen bread which worked like a charm. The toast turns out perfectly. I LOVE THIS TOASTER! It is also beautiful and does not slide easily around on the counter which is a plus.

I really like the bagel feature as it is perfect for toasting the cut side and warming the other. Have tried the warming feature for pop tarts with the grandkids and they liked it.

My only complaint about the toaster is that it is not deep enough to completely toast the larger slices of bread- but then I don't think any of them are. Especially like the bagel option.
