The rugged, all-metal quality construction and Commercial-style motor protection assure a long life of trouble-free, dependable and quiet operation. Other features include a professional style bowl-lift that makes it easy to lift the bowl into the mixing position, 10-speed slide control ranges from a very fast whip to a very slow stir and a power hub for optional attachments. Super product. the only thing I could see to improve the product is to have the ability for smaller bowls when one is making a smaller batch.

premature but well founded

Because of the fact that I am moving within the next year or two, I haven't used it yet; but I wanted a unit that would stand up to all of my requests. I want to get back to baking my own bread, as I used to back in the mid 80s, as all of my old neighbors would attest. However, back in the 80s, I had, what was the largest then; and it never let me down. I also have an immersion blender that always performs well. So, I can expect nothing but the same when I use it soon. Sincerely, Bill Nice,West Grove, Pa.

Stand mixers can definitely be tough to manuever sometimes, so for easy cleanup and transportation, keep your mixer on a tray or cookie sheet. This will make it easier to move around your countertop, and if you make any mess, you can just wash the tray.
