Product Description:

Our paella pan is from Scanpan and has a 14-in. diameter. Use it for making Spanish paella as well as chicken and rice or pasta and seafood. Two wide handles on the side facilitate lifting. The cooking surface is nonstick so there are no issues of sticking. Part of the Classic Ceramic Titanium line, this paella pan features a pressure-cast aluminum body to ensure even heating without warping. The ceramic titanium compound is super-heated then fired onto the pan's exterior for an extraordinarily hard surface. The interior surface is then coated with a nonstick compound that withstands even metal utensils.

For nearly 50 years, Scanpan Denmark has been at the forefront of inventing advanced cookware technology to make life easier both for the hobby chef and the serious cook. Scanpan has been consistently rated "Best Nonstick Cookware" by consumer publications since 1987. Its new, improved cooking surface is now dishwasher-safe.

I am very pleased with the manner in which I was treated when I called to order. The person taking the order whas knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and thorough. The product was delivered in the time frame promised and arrived in perfect condition. I also felt as though I had gotten my Scanpan (Paella Pan) at a very good price, as I had scoured the internet for quality, name brand and pricing.

As to the product.....Scanpan.....LOVE IT!! I have several Scanpan pieces and they deliver what they promise.....even heating, easy clean up and they look great. Expensive compared to other products, but would rather buy an item once as opposed to constantly replacing junk.

I am a kitchen witch to the bone! The kitchen is the heart of the home and so I was thrilled to find your site on the internet. I look forward to a long and happy relationship with you as my cooking needs arise. Thank You!
