After having used string, the lifters that come with a bird, serving forks or any other utensil for years I am very happy to have finally found these. They are strong and should lift any sized bird one dares to cook. Oh happy times.

The Poultry Lifters were a tool I never thought of using before and I was so surprised at how easy and nice they were to use. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
