Fat seperator worked great! Used it for the juices from a standing rib roast, yum. No grease just sauce.
I'm happy that it is made from glass,
. My last one was plastic and cracked after a very short life. Thanks, will use it more often.

This works just like it's supposed to. The only thing that I'd like to see is a bit more support for the spout. That part looks a bit fragile since everything is glass. I am worried about it in the dishwasher so I have been washing it by hand. That is a bit annoying, since it's designed to get fat out of liquid and after use it's always fatty and really needs a good washing.

I have owned other fat separators and never found any I like better than this one by Catamount.
